For Nursery, the age of the child must be minimum 3-years as on 31st March; for example, if you are applying for session 2021-22, your child should be 3 years old as on 31st March 2021.

Yes we provide the option to learn French from Class III onwards which can be taken up in Class VI as the third language. From 1st April 2021, this option shall be available for students from Class IV onwards.

Yes career counselling workshops are conducted regularly for students of Classes IX to XII. Parents are invited to participate in career counselling sessions and fairs. Experts in the field are invited to interact with the students and parents so that they are made fully aware of opportunities in diverse fields in India and overseas.

We offer a plethora of extracurricular activities such as participation in the annual literary festival, annual days at the Pre-Primary, Primary and Senior school levels, annual creative arts event, annual I-T event, annual school exhibition, annual sports day and more.

Parents can interact with the school during scheduled PTM’s / Review Meets, by fixing prior appointments with the concerned persons, through email / written application or a note in the child’s school diary.

Yes we have a number of counsellors who engage with students of different age groups and their Parents as per requirement.

Incase of withdrawal of an existing student, notice period of one month is mandatory, failing which applicable fees in lieu of notice period is payable. All dues such as Transport, Library, Late Fees, School Fee or any other outstanding fees must be paid in full for obtaining a clearance.

Incase of withdrawal of admission for a new student (before the commencement of the session), the entire Quarterly Fees is refunded except for Registration and Admission Fees, both of which are non-refundable.

No we do not have a boarding facility as we are a day school that gets over by 2:30pm.

We aim at providing equal opportunities to all students, ensuring that children are safe, cared for and given adequate social and emotional support. Students experiencing difficulty in academics are identified by respective Class and Subject Teachers and special classes are conducted for such students by the respective special educators.

In case a child is diagnosed with any specific learning difficulty, CBSE exemptions (approved by CBSE) are provided with different learning needs in order to facilitate the child’s learning. Children with different needs are closely monitored by our Counsellors with appropriate interventions, in order to boost their morale. Class Teachers and Subject Teachers also work collaboratively with counsellors in safeguarding the emotional and social well-being of children with different needs who are also given opportunities to participate in assemblies, school functions, group discussions and various competitions.

The Khaitan School is an English-medium school and the mode of instruction is English. We however do teach other languages such as Hindi, French and Sanskrit.

The Khaitan School is governed by the Uttar Pradesh Self Financed Independent Schools (Fee Regulation) Act 2018 and follows the fee increment formula as prescribed therein.

Although we do not provide meals, children are free to carry their own tiffin boxes and can also avail of the canteen facility which is optional and paid for additionally directly to the canteen at the time of purchase of any items. The menu of the Canteen is monitored by the school authorities and no junk food is permitted to be sold. However the school is not responsible for the Canteen and Parents must make their own choice whether to permit their children to eat at the Canteen or not. We encourage Parents to send healthy food from home with their children.
